Sent an email to Anthony K. stating there is no PM or documents associated. There is an active MP 109017 calling for a 1 year inspection. The previous history WOs long text indicate the inspection was at the B5 yard N2 Bulk Tanks. System consists of Praxair owned and inspected Bulk Tank and VJ piping, valves and safety pressure relief valves. Praxair peformed yearly required inspection. Tank and piping on the pad was inspected again by Gas crew. Gas crew would also check for any leaking or damaged valves. VJ pipe was inspected from tank pad to use location in Bldg 3 and ensure it was clean and dry with no evidence of sweating or leaking. The service report would then be attached to the WO.

Met with the requestor in a meeting to discuss pathforward of request. Found the 1 year inspection supporting documentation for PM (IP813, IP877, LOTO_042055) in SAP under B42 Nitrogen system.

Met with Orlando, Gas crew lead, all 1 year inspections are performed by Linde. Therefore, we must align with Linde as to what exactly is performed during the 1 year inspection and update/create new docs to mirror that. The bulk tanks belong to Linde and all maintenance and service is provided by them. Will also need to align the schedule in SAP with Linde's service.Orlando has reached out to Linde to request for 1 year inspection service details. Turnaround time is about 2 weeks for Linde.

Emailed Jim B. on 7/19 to obtain SOW with Linde to see what the current service agreement is and also what needs to be changed.
-- [AUG-21-24 Amy Chung] --------------
There is no SOW to be found per Jim B. The service agreement is between Linde and GNE per Gas Crew lead, Orlando N. There have been meetings between John C., Gas Crew SME and myself to document the correct WI and MS for the 1 yr inspections. The current MS for B42, IP813 is applicable to be referenced for all N2 tanks and no additional edits are required. Redlines are IP for the WI for Nitrogen tanks. Followed up with Vacaville, they currently have an inspection letter from Linde that gets attached to the WOs for the 1 year inspections. Orlando is following up with the Linde rep if we can start having inspection letters for our 1 yr inspections.

Meet with gas crew team, lead Orlando M, and John Cummings to disucss functional location of tanks/distribution lines for the 1 yr inspec. Exported from SAP and waiting for John and Orlando to provide guidnace on which tanks to assign in SAP. It is not very clear in SAP.
[NOV-25-24 Amy Chung] The functional locations have been determined by RE. Sent email to Orlando to provide list of last inspections of Bulk Nitrogen and CO2 tanks in order to schedule the MP at the correct intervals. Orlando has provided all the dates except for three tanks as they did not have an inspection date yet. Per discussion with Orlando, I will use a generic due date of July 2025 and this can be re-adjusted by Orlando when he submits an RE request. There are GMP Bulk tanks and Non -gmp bulk tanks. Non-GMP bulk tanks are managed by JLL. GMP bulk tanks are managed by GNE. Sent an emails to separate GNE work crews to determine which MWC to assign to in SAP. Awaiting for confirmation. The DPI is IP pending information.
[DEC-04-24 Amy Chung] GNE work crews have responded to my email request. MWC have been identified. Working on DPI for all bulk N2 and CO2 tanks MP TL and LT.
[DEC-19-24 Amy Chung] 1003427163_Spreadsheet has been created to update the existing TL LT for the 1 year that exist for N2S bulk tank for B5, B7 and B42. 1003427126_Spreadsheet was been created to updated procedures 1 and 2 for the non-gmp N2S and CO2 bulk tanks except for B5 CO2 (
SSF-UTL-CO2-B005-DB6401) since this has its own dedicated WI and MS procedures. 1003425626_DPI has been created to add new MP, TL, TL LT for all the non-GMP N2 and CO2 bulk tanks except for N2 bulk tanks in B5, B7 and B42 as they already have 1 YR inspections in SAP.
[DEC-20-24 Amy Chung] All 3 WNs have been completed and closed :1003427163, 1003427126 and 1003425626 for master data. The following MPs have been created:
Maintenance Plans created:

All the non-GMP N2S and CO2 bulk tanks all have 1 YR Inspection in SAP. For clarification, only non-GMP tanks were included in this scope as GMP tanks are not managed by JLL therefore, SAP master data will not be changed for GMP tanks. All items involving this RE request along with making holistic changes across the site have been made. This request can now be closed.
