This annual PM07 was created for B43 UPS but with very minimum details. The measuring point 54985 did not have any info either. Currently there is only a 6 month PM contract with DC Group (not annual) for all UPS units in south campus and only B43 has this annual PM created. Do we need this annual PM, if so should all other buildings have them too?

-- [SEP-21-23 Evan Chang] -------------- Ravel will add it to DC Group and gave the long text to Rick. -- [OCT-11-23 Enriquez Carrillo] --------------

Looked into in detail on information for found the following:

1) From Ravel email titled RE Request 4745 Request for FAC/IP, 10094028 FL SSF-UTL-ELC-B043-ED0043-UPS31A  should list IP486 and IP487.

  • Need to confirm with Coung he will take care of it and get them listed under procedure.

2) For MP 127016, 6 Mon PM B43 UPS-431A, MPT 55586, UPS is on time? Y/xN is only lists and no MPTs to accomplish 6 Mon Task per IP486.

3) MP124238, 1 YR OPRD POWER SUPPLY PM under FL SSF-UTL-ELC-B043, but lists MPTs for UPS31A lists 54985 that needs the detailed LT tasks per IP486 and IP487.:

-- [OCT-26-23 Evan Chang] -------------- Check with Cuong and see if this needs to remain open. -- [NOV-02-23 Enriquez Carrillo] -------------- Emailed Coung about information from previous note. Awaiting response from CL. -- [NOV-03-23 Enriquez Carrillo] -------------- Emailed Coung about detail of the request listed in previous notes and he aggred he would be making the changes per project.  Closing request.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
